I don't feel like I look like 14+ stone when I see pics of me, but in person when I catch reflections I do. It's a strange sensation

Just makes you retain water, wouldn't say its a miracle supplement. Nothing is, all down to hard work and diet.
Are you taking just Creatine, or is it CEE? (in my opinion CEE is better than Creatine)

No offence mate - but are you taking these solely on what your mate has told you?
I've read up on them, and it has so many mixed reviews and majority think its a placebo.

It shouldnt be a placebo unless you're getting shite pills (or whatever version) that contain next to no creatine.
You muscles hold a certain amount of creatine (something like 4mg I think) and can hold a maximum of something like 5mg, so the suppliment just increases this amount stored and allows you to go a little harder for a little longer.

It should increase recovery between sets
Only way you'll find out is trying it. I'd say focusing on your diet/routine to be more beneficial

Unless the woman was a big bodybuilder i wouldn't listen to any dribble that she spouted.
Just eat red meat, big fuck off steak. Its packed with natural creatine. Thats why you should try and have a nice piece of red meat for dinner each night.

I don't have it every night, only because its so fucking expensive! Damn prices!
Although i do try to have some form of red meat, whether it be steak or burgers or mince etc.
Eating chicken/turkey all day gets boring, by the time its dinner time i'm craving some nice red meat!
Usually cut the fat off as much as poss though, keep it nice and lean

I eat chicken throughout the day and nearly always have some sort of red meat when i go home in the evening. But i don't pay for it so i dunno if its expensive or not

I'm fed up of eating chicken so have cut down from 1kg per day to around 500-600g and eating eggs/tuna in its place. I have 1 tin of tuna mixed together with cold scrammbled eggs (one whole, 5 whites). I'll eat that 2-3 times a day along with 500-600g chicken, plus other protein/workout supplements. Still dieting so carbs are quite low, only carb source is oats, raisins, some fruit and my post workout shake. I get bored easily of food, will probably back to 1kg of chicken per day in a few weeks when im bored of tuna again.

I tend not to count calories etc but at a guess, at present probably around 400g protein with 250-300g of that coming from whole foods and the other 100g coming from supplements.

11st 6 at 5ft 10, if your saying that your fat then you must be "skinny fat" which means you probably dont have much muscle as it is, so don't worry about trying to keep muscle
If you really feel you want to lose fat (not weight) then do that first, you can't do both at the same time, many people make the mistake of trying to "build muscle whilst losing fat" you end up doing neither in the end. Pick one and stick with it till your happy. At 5'10 at 11stone though i'd suggest packing on some muscle.
