Aye, and 5-6 meals a day.
Usually atm i'm on 5 meals, and use a shake as a meal replacement.
And on 2 shakes a day, starting to gain weight now.

You only just realised
I use to be on whey protein but i've found that chucking the shakes and eating more protein packed foods has ended up giving me better results

I'm currently using maximuscle progain extreme, and i'm 6ft 3', and did weigh 9stone. That was about 3months ago. I've always found it hard to gain weight especially now as i have a manual job too, so i'm always on my feet, up ladders etc. But using progain, eating extra protein rich meals, and working out has all helped put on weight. Oh and drink lots of water too.

I'm 5'11 and last time I weighed myself I was 11.5st - up from just under 10.5st this time last year.
I find the shakes are best for first thing in the morning when I wouldn't normally get any protein. I only do body weight exercises and a lot of cardio so I'm never gonna be massive but I've noticed since sorting my diet out I've gained muscle rather than just weight
