The other point as well is you miss that smoothness that you get in a petrol car.

Also, dad bought a 120d. Could have easily got a 120i. But for the times he does long journeys, I'm sure the 120d would be a better drive.
Anyway, this has gone completely off topic again.

woah mass debate there
Yeah i went looking for a diesel originally, dad has a BMW 320 diesel, mam has a mini cooper diesel, with the road tax so cheap i think the government are paying her to drive it but when i laid eyes on the SRi with the 19"s and vxr styling kit, decided i had to have it typical though, day i buy my vectra, partner sells his ST!
steve yeah thats one thing i've missed, a car you can just sit and chill in, pretty much drives itself....oh and first time will cruise control
I am not a man!
flaming corsa - will try to get more pics of the combine it's an absolute beast in person, looks tiny on pics though

I've not really drove it properly yet, just up the farm and back etc, roads have been silly and flooded, but other half thinks it feels faster/more responsive than my 2.0 astra sri. It is uber comfortable to drive, and sooo quiet compared to the corsa
prove it.....
