You still planning on renting this out, if so your going waaaay past the standard you should be doing it up to!!

It is very nice!! Ive just re-done ny lounge & will need to get some pic's up!

most of the stuff can easily come out (lights/projector etc) but TBH it has all been bought cheap when I "come across it" instead of "when I need it" lol

Plans have changed slightly given the current state of the market, but renting is on the up as people don't want to commit, so could get a far amount for it PCM, but I would then need to buy somewhere else, which I don't really want to do at the moment (I want a brand new house tho, and deals keep on getting better each month local to me) so might move in for 6-12 months and then buy somewhere before prices (hopefully) rise again

projector upgraded and new media PC installed

only have 1200 albums on at moment, about a 1/4 of what i now have on PC
