read the points thing, i didnt work it out, but in the games without tevez, we got more points per game, than the ones where he played, which makes the arbitration total bollocks
I'm over this whole thing now....couldn't give 2 shits.
FA didn't want to be seen to go back on there decision which is probably why the 2nd arbitration ended with same answer......the 3rd one which was totally unattached to the PL in any way got the decision right.
Whole situation is fucked up, you were wrong - deal with it.
We will get paid compensation for the wrong doing - that's a fact no matter what your opinion is.
Anyway - got better things to worry about, like the long trip to Arsenal tonight to get a beating by their youth team!! COME ON YOU BLADES!!!

we friends now then?
Local radio makes me laugh, this morning it was 'Blades could receive up to £30m', by the time I got to work it was 'Blades will receive £30m'.....just now they said 'Blades stand to receive in excess of £30m'
By tonight we will have more money than City!

Whilst we are makign up stupid rules can we deduct the 3 points Sheff Utd got for beatign us due to a pitch that wasnt passable for sunday league and also for kickign lumps out of our players for 90 mins non-stop
Woop!
On a more serious note, I am of the opinion that WHU 'cheated' in the way they registered Tevez/Masch but tbf as JR said that backfired on them by screwing up their season in the first place... due to the bungling FA, WHU didnt really break any rules therefore you cant really say they did that much wrong
And as for Tevez causing Sheff Utd to go down, well thats the biggest load of bollocks ever, if u were good enough to stay up, u wud have staye dup, suimple as
Ste, your trip will be worth it today cos ull at least get to experience the Emirates, tis an awesome stadium

not by any means, you just havent come across like a cunt
the figure has and will not be sorted to later in the year, if that goes ahead, as there has to be a whole new arbitration on how much, if anything your owed

on the new ruling, were going to sue the FA, as SWP broke dean ashtons ankle in training for england
if we had deano for the whole season, we would have score 14 more goals, and got 14 points more, therefore finishing 11th, so we are owed 11th spot prize £££

How the court worded it is stupid.
If they had it as you played an illegal player and broke the rules that;s fair enough.
But to say he was the reason you got the points.
Am I correct in thinking as I can not remember, that you where awarded the fine mid season and no one complained about the punishment then.

A goal = a point, fucking hell
TBH, west ham must have knew this was happening, because they began offloading players and getting people off the wage bill, so they must have expected this
Either way, i don't give a shit, west ham cheated with tevez/masch, and sheff united didnt get enough points to stay up, and in all fairness, should have beat never mind got just a point against a poor wigan side

No, many people complained at just the fine, because points being deducted was what people expected to happen

In all of this, it's down to the FA being shit

Yes I agree the FA as very weak.
John Terry's send off getting overruled is a prime example.
When Middlesbrough refused to turn up to a game did they get a fine or points off?
Although when all is said and done, the FA never banned the players from playing so why not pick them

Don't relegated teams get parachute payment, so Sheff Utd, admittedly didn't get the amount of money that they would of done staying in the prem, but they still got 10-20mill didn't they?
Is the 30million making it up to the amount that they would of got staying in the league.
Nath said it best really, there's no way to judge how West Ham or any other team would or wouldn't have done with different personel playing.
It's another step to making the game a bit of a joke, don't like a decision, cry about it till something happens.
Watford should sue the linesman for saturdays performance

points, but yes Jodi, the FA should have banned tevez, they didnt, they said he needed to be installed on a proper loan contract, which is what we did, hence him playing in the last 4 games

the 30m is from lost tv rights, and better still, because jagelka (sp) lost 4m of his transfer value because he had a religation clause

The thing is Cavey, they are saying they lost players due to going down, and didn't get the true valuations for them because they had nothing to bargain with
Also, the loss of TV money would have been a massive blow
