Not again
If you paid him the money into your local branch of his bank, then surely you could tell him the date and time this was paid in, as I don't think he would have had more than one payment in the same day from the same branch, paid with the same method of payment (and the same amount)?
His bank statements would definately confirm you were telling the truth if you explained the above.

dave is actually a good enough guy not to just cheat you out of your money. im sure if you u2u he will answer you, when i phoned v-tuning on thursday dave answered so its not as if he is never there, if he's busy just say you will wait. ive done that acouple of times, and before you complain about your phone bill dont bother, if you want your money back you will have to actively seek it. i did this earlier in the year with v-tuning...

I don't want to post in the one in classifieds because I know a certain person can try causing problems for CS but what a load of bollocks.
Trading standards say that you are entitled to ask for proof of purchase, usually a receipt, which he hasn't bothered providing, but it is not illegal not to ask for one.
ASDA must be breaking the law when I take a broken freeview box back and they refund me with no proof of purchase.

Trading standards also say that when you sell an item any issues after this are your problem, not the manufacturers.
