I totally agree with you but short of following/stalking people and telling hem face to face there's not much a man can do.
Just one of these things, and while we're on the subject I fucking hate people driving with just their sidelights + fogs on - just proves they know exactly what they're doing.

My mate's mum got pulled for having them on, she didn't even know they were.
Just like all the OAP's going down the motorway with their rear fog lamp on. Just unaware of it.
