Right, I have been trying to call Vsport lately to ask where my refund is, Friday all I got was an answer machine and today they are just not answering the phones. Getting suspicious now!

"Following the troubles with DEPO UK going into administration we have as a company decided that it would be easier all round to offer all that are waiting a full refund.
This week we were informed that the stock we ordered and have proven to be our property both legally here in the UK and with DEPO in taiwan will not be handed over to us until many more legal hurdles are overcome.
We were promised the stock would be delivered on more than 5 occasions but each time a new excuse was offered by the stock holders, and we were dropped in it time and time again.
We will be continuing to fight the case and we are sure that we will recieve the stock eventually but for now we have taken them off sale until we have them in stock and ready for sale.
The process to apply for a refund is as follows:
Send a letter addressed to:
The Manager
Vsport
Unit 18
Bensham Street
Boldon
NE35 9LN
IN THE LETTER PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Your username
Proof of order and proof of payment
Your full name and address
ALL refunds will only be processed and re-paid in the same way as they were initially paid. If you paid by Cheque, you will be refunded by cheque, if you paid by card, you will be refunded by card etc....
ALL refund requests must be recieved by the 1st of November 2008. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from when we recieve the letter of request.
The reason that proof of payment info MUST be provided is due to us having to destroy payment info after a certain amount of time.
The refunds are being processed by HSBC bank, not by ourselfes, we of course have info of who has paid and who hasnt but to keep it legal you must provide proof of payment.
Your bank can provide you with this if you request it.
I think the instructions above are more than clear and easy to follow. Please do not send U2U messages asking how to carry out these simple steps, they will not be replied to.
The steps that are outlined above are what you are required to do by law. We will not give out refunds to anyone over the phone as we have no proof of who you are. "
