Wasnt a penalty but for shear fact ref turned down the most obivously handball to deny us a penalty at start of 2nd half, i think its only what we deserved, most one sided referee iv seen for a long time giving them everything and turnin down blatant fouls by A.Madrid numerous times (Bar the non pen he gave us  )

No questioning Ronaldo is a diver, but against Bolton he didn't even appeal for a penalty, and it wasn't a dive, his foot got caught by the defender after the defender had won the ball.

ive just seen gerrards dive.
remarkable how no one comments on it, but if it was an italian, there would be uproar.
this isnt the first time gerrard has dived. he's an exceptional player, but the bloke is a grade a cock.

It wasn't that bad a dive tbh, i'd say the referee was far more at fault for giving it than the player for simulating.

Gerrard is starting to piss me off. I used to like him. He used to be a good honest pro, now he's like the rest of the cheats. He'll have a rep like Drogba and Ronaldo if he carries on.

He made a meal of it rather than "dive" as such I think.
Just the fact he knew it wasn't a penalty, yet still claimed one, then went around high-fiving his team mates. If anything I thought it was a foul the other way as Gerrard had jumped into the other bloke.

Such a cheating twat......hate the prick. First game of our Prem season cost us 2 extra points with diving like a cunt.... also dived at Anfield as well to get another penalty against us...... WANKER

Think Id agree with it too. And would of been annoyed if it was the other way round. Could say we deserved it as should of had two pens before hand (one hand ball in second half, then Agger dragged down in first few mins) - but not really how it works as they could of had one too for a handball from Carra in the second half.
Result was a fair one, as we had a lot of the ball and a fair amount of chances, but they played really well and should of won it.
Their fans were great too, really friendly and never shut up!
