ash - how much is a set?
im changing my mind for the TV, making a waterproof screen and housing a standard LCD behind it now, access from other side of wall

A lad on the AV Forums did this with excellent results, looked pretty easy to do and for a fraction of the price of AquaVision, Tile Vision etc...
I'l get you a price on the ceiling speakers mate.

Hey,
I have a tv in my bathroom, its a Oak Kitchen Cupboard door with the middle cut out and 2 way mirror perspex silicone sealed into it. Cost me £30 for the mirror and £100 for the tv
I mounted speakers in the loft behind the lights aswell.

Good progress! It's gunna look tasteful.
When I get a place I'm so gunna build a TV into the bathroom. It's so boring when you're just laying in the bath doing nothing!

wall getting built, w/p 12mm ply walls
smashed wall off in bedroom to get easy access to pipes/tv/wires etc

bath retested with wall now built
bit of a squeez but fits perfect
new cabinet for above towel warmer

ceiling plastered
2 walls browned up
wall moved 1/2 inch as it was out of plumb
all pipe work now in
bath getting fixed in tomorrow, holes for lights cut etc

toilet - in
sink - to do
shower - half in (goes in loft and out through ceiling with remote control)
shower screen - in
radiator - on the wall but needs plumbing
cabinet - in
fan/lights - not in
all needs to come out again to get tiled and painted, then floor down, stick it all back in and its done!!

why fit the screen and the towel rail??? would it not make more sence to tile the walls first?

everything needs test fitting to make sure that it is correctly supported on the back. i dont want to just have them on the wall without support from noggings or joists
