Is Smoking the headlights a worthwhile Mod, and is it pretty easy?
I've done some before on a Mk2 Saxo..
Not sure if they'd look right with Standard rears though?

I was going to refit the standard one back on..
Depending on the fitting it will either unscrew or will pull off, look it up on t'net and see which it is. To get my standard one off I took the whole stick out, put it in a vice and pulled really hard
Apparently standard headlights are really hard to get open without damaging them but I think some aftermarket brands are easier to do.

I think the car has been debadged, as the vauxhall and corsa badges are usually the opposite way round arent they?

They had the Corsa on the left for pre-facelift and on the right for facelift.
Vice versa with the Vaux.
That griffin is definitely not straight though

As dave says standard valeo headlights are a coont to get apart but it can be done as a few people have made it work, but most people on here use DEPO's or FK's etc and smoke the chrome inner or they will come smoked

Cheers guys - Want them smoked i think, but second hand depo ones make a fortune on ebay, and you don't see many tbh..
If i do it will most likely do it myself - I don't want to spend much money on the car, its an old car and i can't really afford it, i'm saving for a new car when i can afford the insurance a bit better!
I've downgraded from an Audi A3 to this, and as much as i like it, i want to go back later on!
Lexus lights hopefully sell soon, and i'll replace on monday with some standard ones, and some Standard washer jets - If there's time before work i'll also take the silver off the badges and see what it looks like... will go from there really!
Thanks for the help so far guys

Well little update today...
I've put standard Washer jets and Rear lights back.
I fixed the little torch on the key too! lol..
Also Drove to Leicester this evening, and came back with a Calibra Leather Interior, and After a trip to Vauxhall, Have the Trim ordered for around the heated seat switches, and the bulbs for behind the heater switches as suprise suprise they don't work.
There's no Pictures, the interior isn't fitted yet, and tbh the car is filthy, can't even see the rear plate atm..
So Thursday I plan to get her Cleaned inside and out, and get the Seats all plugged up and working and mod the rears to fit!

You havent seen the state its in now..
A good wash would be a start!
Day off work tomorrow, so Weather dependant, I'm taking the interior out and giving her a clean inside, then Fitting the new interior after a treatment with the Autoglym leather care..
Then i'll get the power washer out and wash her, then get the heat gun on the plastic trims, and the Autoglym Bumper care after..
That'll look 10 times better and I may even polish her with the Auto Glym too if i've time!

Fitted my Leathers all bar the rear bench now, the backrests are all in.
They work spot on which is great.
Take a while to heat up though
But anyway, I didn't clean the car today, though the weather was better in the morning, My brother hit his car last night and i put my back out recovering it, so i've been out of use with chest pains and bad back, and probably will be for a few more days yet
Either way, Its coming along nicely now, The exhaust manifold is blowing at the join to the downpipe which is a bit gay, but i'm looking at getting a full system if the price is right!
Not 100% on doing that yet though..
No pics yet either, the car's full of crap that i can't empty now!
