All this talk of at least a £200 fine is bull.Ive been done for the same,no insurance, got 6 points and a £120 fine.**

My bro who gave me the car pleaded guilty,he didnt even have to go to court, and his case was thrown out and he didnt hear anything after that. His solicitor was that confident that hed get off, that he offered to represent him for free, and if he got done with it,hed have to pay the going rate, and if he got off with it,he wouldnt have to give them a penny. All the solicitor wanted was for my bro to pass on the word to his friends if they ever needed a lawyer.

** This was due to the Quinn direct "yeah your insured to drive anycar scam".

Dont take this the wrong way but im glad he got caught, people driving without insurance is what makes mine and everyone elses insurance so fucking expensive.

What if he would have crashed?

All your brother had to do was say no and call a taxi.

Maybe 6points and a £200 fine will make him think twice next time.
