Aparently you die from lack of sleep

The body needs sleep to replenish and heal your body and brain cells. If you go without it, you run the risk of just passing out an goin into a coma. that's why baby's/children sleep alot; they need the sleep to be able to create new cells and for them to grow.

depends what shift i'm on.

if i'm on nights (22:30-06:30) then i always get 8 hours a night.

on lates (14:30-22:30) i get 7-8 hours.

early shift (06:30-14:30) i get about 3-4 hours sleep a night.

i hate earlies

and yeah, when i only get 3-4 hours sleep, after a while you feel fucked and dizzy, it's weird shit!

i havent worked for 3 weeks and wont be for another 3-4 weeks, my sleeping pattern is utter shite. tend to go to bed between 2-3am and on average wake up at 1ish in the afternoon. i've always been fond of my sleep but its getting annoying now, next week im going to aim to be in bed by 12 and up at 8 to get into some sort of routine.
