You mean to say you haven't got them at some unbelievable bargain for a change?!
I can't believe you're turning into a bufty though tbh! Chrome wheels means you'll HAVE to keep the car and wheels clean now!! Should look cool when fitted with the coilies - far better than those wire jobbies you were looking at lol.

Been tracking these all weekend from thier journey from weston supermare!

And they finally arrived!

Opened up with excitement to see y 225/35 tyres are in fact 255/35....BUGGER no way these are going o front or rear....

Well fronts fouled on the strut and wouldnt even bolt on! Rears tho have gone straight on...without spigots just to sit obv...and IMO they look stunning.

Thing is If i keep them i need to source two 225/30 tyres meaning i cant afford to get coilies at anytime soon

The rear loooks ok as it is if im honest. I quite like how it sits! But with the 2 20's on the ront it is gonna loook wank surely?

Sooo what do i do?

The wheels themselves are perfect size 8x20 with et38!!

heres som piccys to see what ya reckon!

haha touch up kit works wonders

yeh tbh i dont think the back could go much lower as the front of the tyres is literally 1mm off the arch liner

Well here are the pics...Cant wait til pete pulls his finger out of his arse and sorts out his gayride so i can nab his coilies He loves the banter!

As you can see not quite pulling the set off without being lowered....soooo this is just an insight peeps!

oh got both tyres fitted etc etc for £180...bargain!

haha they r marmite...will look 100% better when its on its arse...im not riding with these til the coilovers are on.

This was just a trial fit, so hold judgment til its slammed and cleaned

Plan is to get a CL5/600 or a S500 next so hopefully these will go onto that

Gone off getting a 7 series now then?!

You'll need to keep the Passat clean all the time now with those wheels on! And keep those wheels sealed!

Been a buying whore...the spigots, 33mm bolts 5mm spacers 28mm bolts locking wheel nuts...skinted me..

Rents have been random...very random.they have treated me to some BRAND NEW hot tuning coilies...so they should be here end of the week!

So here is a pic fitted...will look soo much better with coilies. Got a fair amount to drop at the front...the rears to rub every noe and then on the plastic arch liner that seems to be protecting some joint (at the front of the rear arch) reckon i can just hack the plastic off? Also lowering pushes the wheel forward doesnt it...so back cant go massively lower than it is now in that case else it wont fit!

opinions good or bad shoot! Still ater some w8 chrome trim for the bumpers to help tie it in...i am loving them tho!

note my new sticker too

ironic as having to drive more carefully!
