I'v never even thought about this. When I was like 17 I was like WOW what the fuck. DANCE?
Now it just seems totally normal, I actually quite enjoy it lol
When I go to a club I never see anybody else not dancing

I can't dance for shit, but I find most nights out we end up 'hitting the dance floor'
Alcohol obviously helps, but just learn to subtley move with the music. The people who look like complete muppets are the ones who 'over-dance' ... give it everything, throwing loads of moves etc but with no rhythm.
I find providing I'm on the dance floor with people I know, and there's women about (so I don't feel like I'm dancing with a load of blokes), it doesn't feel awkward.
Just get drunk and go dancing with mates.
