there was something else like this a while ago cant remember whether it was on here or another forum but they sent them out until they realised there was a problem then just stopped. they didnt ask for a recall or anything because theres no point in sending back used items plus the postage they would have to pay to get them back means it wouldnt be worth their time. aslong as you dont go stupid and order like 100's of them i dont think they would be too arsed about the odd one going to a person.
