So protein shakes don't bulk you up?

Last time I got on to Protein shakes whilst hitting the gym every lunchtime I went up to near on 17 stone!!!

Back down to 13st 6lb now just by eating less and playing lots of football!

Just measure everything, chest, biceps, waste, quads, and while your there, have a go with the micrometer.
