Only when your flying out, if central north sea. Theres no restriction on where you live though as long as it doesnt effect you being there when your meant to be there.

There's limits in place at the moment regarding how much oil they can process as they have the Presidency, but once that's over it's going to get MASSIVE in Angola.
Quite shallow waters too, in comparison to some other places!

nope.... Worked near canibals and headhunters down in Papua though. That was interesting.
Trenching a cable, and telling a vessel where to avoid due to unexploded ordenances... i.e WWII mines. Saw parts of WWII planes in fields etc, guppy fish on land.... strange place.

You know how they whip supplies on/off boats as it moves with the tides? & they literally have to time it right or it gets messy...
Thank fuck for helicopters eh?

Shetland isnt so bad.... been up there quite a few times now, and spent a few drunken nights staggering around the place.

i guess you've never seen it done then
Moves with tides you mean waves
Its all pretty stable in decent weather now... DP systems on boats etc. Weather resrtrictions apply to crane ops as well as helicopter.

Yeah.... every year it gets less and less hand on that course. Done it 3 times now.
First year I got my lugs burnt, stuck in a helicoptor as some fat bas couldnt get out.
No its all simulated fires/smoke, and you dot double up in the chopper simulator etc.
Still worth while, but too diluted i think.
