Google; to gobble cock and gargle sperm, in one continious uninterupted event. The word is said to have been founded by Willay's mum after she got sick of the long winded explination of what she did for a living.

Brown the mince, chop up some pepper, onion and tomato if you want extra chunks, go without if you just want the jar. Add sauce to mince and cook for approx 20 - 30 mins. Whatever you feel better with. Then boil spagetti for 10-12 minutes(best to start that before the sauce is fully cooked!)
Cheers ecks better half

Tinned tomatoes costs about 15p, you need two. An onion or two, some salt and pepper, maybe some squidgy cheap tomatoes too, an Oxo cube or two, maybe some worcester sauce. Some expensive stuff in there

When i do it i also add some oregano and chilli flakes. Gives it a bit more flavour as spag bol is usually pretty bland.
Cook the mince in a saucepan untill its brown.
Add sauce and stir well.
leave to simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
About 10 minutes before the sauce is ready put the pasta in a pan of boiling water. break the pasta in half so if fits in the pan. add salt to the boiling water to season the pasta.
Drain the pasta off, plate up and serve. season with cheese and ground black pepper.
