if im right in thinking, 600mm x 600mm slabs would be roughly 5 x 5? making 25 tiles.
£3.55 for smooth basic slabs, so it would be like £88.75 plus sand and cement.
Would this be man enough once built to hold a 1000L hot tub in the middle?
Cheers

You're going to need a proper concrete slab to hold 1000L I would of thought.

2 metres of slabs should hold a ton of water.

1l of water is approx 1kg, so it would have to hold 1000kg.
Going from what I know of large fish tanks, you'd either need a really well made base from those slabs, or a proper laid concrete base.
What do the hot tube place recommend?

use concrete flags about 3/4 inch and you will be fine if you bed them properly.

Had a few more hours on the deck over the weekend. Managed to get all the boards down, except the end two. Now decided to extend it by 2.1m and sink my latest purchase into an extra bit of decking. With a step up from the main decked area.
Latest purchase...
Not sure how come where i got it from is selling the latest 2009 model when the official site isnt selling it till may 1st lol.
Will get some pics of the deck later on

Spent another 4 hours today on the decking. Managed to get it nearly finished now. Just another 2 boards to lay, then 4 boards as the facing/skirt. Then the pergola and hand rails, so another 4 or 5 hours work.
