Found out a mate who has had testicular cancer has just been told it has spread to his lung the other day too

Too much cancer about. Cant believe i know 3 people below the age of 30 who have it. Really horrid.

How do you "find" cancer? How do you know its in you without having a full checkup/scan?

But then what symptons do you have to need to go to get a checkup?

I check myself, but really how do you know?
