Had mine about 3 weeks and not had any problems with it.
Agreed about the battery life, worst I've ever had.

its a c905 with a speaker that doesnt break, comes with orange maps and 8gb mem card in the box

Orange maps? Even if not on Orange?
I got a new c905 handset two weeks ago - not borked this one yet and it has a few more apps on it - no mem card as it was just a replacement handset - reckon it's a "+"?

Have just got this on upgrade with o2, comes with a free 8gb memory card well chuffed with that, now like a mini ipod as well - Minus itunes
