I dont see why they wouldnt after a few years of settling down.
They have a huge following and the money the could earn would soon see them (if managed properly) attracting some good players.

If we were dropped in from the start of next season and told to go and see how we do I'd not doubt the fact we would be where teams like Blackburn and Newcastle are just now. In one off games we can compete, over a season we have nowhere near the quality it takes.

It's impossible to say really without being dropped into the division. If you look at the rich lists though the only element we fall down on is multimedia revenue so we'd be able to pay the wages of the big clubs.
Would Torres and Ronaldo fancy 365 days a year of rain however?

You bought them when you had money/an overdraft facility.
If we went down south you'd be able to buy those types again which sort of makes your first comment a bit stupid looking like I said

Within 10 years? I can't take you seriously Mark
If both clubs were placed in the Championship just now we'd both be up at the top end of the table, no one would leave and in fact you would have the best young players moving to secure a place in a side that is only going 1 way and that would be upwards towards the Premiership.
From there you can offer 60,000 people watching you every week against the best teams in the best league in Europe and 2 of the biggest derby games in the world.

Rangers have a half decent history as well you know I'm with Hammer on this one, both boards would jump at the chance to move anywhere we can get a better yearly income

why not?
we have a massive following and and are already attracting half decent players now. the only thing that is stopping us getting better players is cash and the fact our league isnt very good
so moving to the premiership would solve these straight away

rangers' history pisses on anything you could ever wish for
4 young men with nothing starting the most succesful club team in the world(copyright guiness book of records)
