Because he has no dreams and aspirations so is happy to plod along through life earning £20k a year so the fact that anything over £100k a year gets taxed more is fair to him?

That's exactly what I think Joe.

Even if you don't end up with that much it's nice to have some aspirations to it.

Because someone on £15k per year would struggle to provide for themselves of a family, and a house etc etc...

Someone earning £100k a year will never ever have these issues.

Money does not define your life, it only accounts for luxuries which are simply that. Theres a basic amount you need to live on, the rest is purley up to you.

Better to screw those that can afford it than those that simply cannot.

theres a lot more people who earn £10k-£30k than there are £100k+ earners. The money has to come from somewhere. Do you want us to turn into a 3rd world country?

Hopefully the big earners will all move away from this country and leave those who are glad for the rich to be taxed so much to rot.

There has been talk of introducing tax of Brits' salaries, no matter which country they live in.

Americans have to do it already - I'd be f#cking furious

I'd be pissed off if I was earning enough money for that income tax threshold to affect me. Its not fair.

But as I'm not I'd rather they taxed the rich more instead of increasing the tax more for the more average wage earners like me.

Editted.

I've worked with those that are rich and blow money on stupid things purley because they can, which is fair enough.... They earn enoguh to be able to do that.

Meanwhile, Joe bloggs didn't do too well at school and has a natural disability when it comes to learning things. He still wants to work hard, but will never earn huge money. He still has to live.....

We pay tax, which runs the country.

Anyone who's rich is welcome to move abroad. If i was rich, I certainly wouldn't stay here.

Life isn't fair, get over it.........

See all you lot are complaining about rich being taxed, but it doesn't effect any of you really... And if it does, you earn enough money, so tough luck....

Meanwhile, lots of countries are engadged in wars, famine, ill health...... Wonder if those huge earners are concerned about those people???

Course not, neither is the common man. The common man is just trying to get by.

Rich people never need to just "get by"

Sorry, you're right as usual. Yes life isn't fair, but you are trying to suggest that taxing the rich more is. I'm not saying whats right or wrong to do. I'm saying YOU are WRONG by saying that its a FAIR system. FAIR means EQUAL, if everyone got taxed say 10% of their wage, that is EQUAL to EVERYONE and FAIR.

But you will argue as you always do and make up some rubbish stories and ideas.
