Daimo - don't be seen is a better tip.

If you can be seen then you can probably be hit.

Good back players can cover the length of most sup'air fields so if you're spotted, you'll be outta there

it dont hurt that bad................... the old pumps were the best laugh, you could run them hot, so would fire paint out at 330fps.

You get used to the pain.

It probably hurts more on punter days when there's no discipline. Head shots hurt less as you'll have plastic goggles.

Body shots hurt enough to tell you you've been hit
Also, there's none of this 12 layer malarky - scrutineers check that you're not padding yourself up just for bounces

I prefer internal padding courtesy of Domino's pizza

lol, i always find it hurts less on punter days, as you get hit by 1 paintball, rather than about 12....
Just sorted a nice new pair of JT flex 7 goggles

aim for places where the skin is close to the bone

e.g. fingers, head, knee caps, shins, elbows, hip but to be honest it hurts where ever u shoot them

Paintballing is for gheys.

Get proper guns, fully auto replicas capable of firing 6mm plastic pellets over 70 metres and with a rate of fire of 1000 rounds a minute.

I'll let you know after the 9th of march.
So if you have'nt heard any good things about the rebel markers what bad things have you heard?
I've also got a diablo sabotage, are they any good?(only cost me £35 new)

No BB guns don't hurt as much - they're lower velocity and are classified as toys, hence why there's more regulations over the use of paintball markers.

Colin, the Tippmann won't be as cheap as say a Sabotage, but FatBobs sell the marker by itself for £140 new, so make me an offer.

It's not that I've heard so many bad things about them, more that people don't use them for a reason.

Site markers are typically the most reliable - they use Inferno's and Tippmanns. The markers are by no means the best, but they're the cheapest, easiest to maintain and most durable (what you want when you're starting out).

Once you've played for a few months, you'll want to upgrade to an electro marker like a Cocker, Shocker, etc.
