well quick update got my rims back look swee and ive bought a 1.6 16v c16xe engine so picking that up sunday then start stripping it monday new caskets and bits snd bobs and por and polish the head and some uprated cams gunna save and maybe get some forge pistons aswell

Well ive got the rims back now a few pics after i cleaned the car.

Also i now have a 1.6 16v c16xe engine that im gunna do abit of work on and drop into the corsa cant wait

cheers there is loads more plans for it like paint the inside carbon fibre parts and full cage

Going to the unit tonight to start stripping the 1.6 ready for gasket changes and other parts might have some gsi calipers for sale aswell

ok engine up date time

on the first day just started to strip the block



quick snap of the gearbox


then took head off and pistons out



bought some goodies for it



gave he rocker a quick polish


then got around painting the block


then gave the head and top of the block a clean



put piston back in after a quick clean down


then got around to the fun part porting and polishing the head


so took back abit off the exhaust outlet


then after a hour it looked like this



so on sunday gunna do some more polishing so should be ready for head skim in the week more will take more pics of work when done.
