never said we were going for the title, that is far out of our reach, champions league places and fa cup will do us nicely, we're not far off those as shown this year and last year, 2 5th places and league cup semi and fa cup final with a limited squad and money, doesn't need major money to push arsenal out of 4th

It does when you are going against mega money City too, plus Arsenal are going to spend a bit this summer. Getting 4th isnt as easy as having just one or two top players (city will tell you that!).
You may win a league cup or something I suppose.

For some reason I dont think he has that much money.
I have nothing to base that on at all, but given how he got into power, the size of the place his family rules and the fact its not one of the mega rich states it makes me think he doesnt have a huge amount of personal wealth.
I say huge, he probably has multiple millions running into double 8 figures, but 100's I doubt.

Sheikh denies link with Premiership football club
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi last night said he was not buying 60 per cent of an English Premier League club.
The state news agency WAM had said on Sunday night that he was on course to become the third Emirati with a stake in an English side, and that he was to become the unnamed club’s honorary chairman.
But Sheikh Ahmed has distanced himself from the claim, through WAM.
“Chairman of the Ras al Khaimah Customs and Ports Department Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi denied media reports suggesting that he has acquired 60 per cent of an unnamed leading Premier League football club,” a statement on WAM said last night.
The Premier League had also said it knew nothing about any intention by Sheikh Ahmed to buy into a club.
Speculation in England had suggested he could have helped finance the takeover of Portsmouth, being led by Sulaiman al Fahim.
