Just ask him for proof.

No proof, no case.

Then tell him to vacate your property.

Police are scumbags.

I had Police come round and interview me after my accident, it's not that scary when you're in your own home tbh. And I was in the wrong so you should be fine as you're obviously not!

He has been. Well he is a support officer, he used to be an constable but now retired.

Apparently i have had a collision with a citroen saxo. The kid is 17 and had only just passed his test when the 'collision' happened.

He says I was at the lights behind another vehicle in the outside lane of the roundabout and he pulled up next to the vehicle in front of me at the lights. How would you interrupt him saying I was in the outside lane? Left or right lane? He says that i have cut across into him, with the front left handside of my bumper crashing into his front bumper Now to me that would be a big accident and he would suffer more than a scratched bumper especially if i was cutting across him? Now i have damage on my front bumper (scrape) but this was done 2-3 years ago by my mum and she has given that as evidence to the officer that came round today. He inspected the rest of my car for any damage and there is none.

I know i could of had it repaired in the mean time but i pointed out that bumpers hadn't got new paint due to 9 years of wear on them.

Basically left saying he doesn't think it will be going any further due to his statement not being very good and lack of evidence. He had a mate in the vehicle which still needs to give evidence but there are no independent witnesses.

So i will hopefully hear in the next 4-6 weeks maybe a bit longer.

So basically they are saying you left the scene of an accident and it took them 3 months to catch up to you?

No i didn't hit anyone. Besides i wouldn't of even been in the lane i think he was saying im in as i would of been turning left almost immediately.

And yes clown, 3 months for leaving the scene, failing to stop and failing to report an accident

Load of rubbish if you ask me, if it was that then surely they'd of been round to yours (given they obviously had your details) that night to bum you.

He didnt report the 'accident' until the following day. If that was me I would of been on the phone to rozzers immediately.

Personally i think he has hit something, maybe another A3, seen me that night at that location (I know i was there as i was on my way to a mates house) and said i've crashed into him, thinking that he has a mate in the car that can be a witness.

why the fuck have they messed about with some retarded 17 year old pretending to have had a crash to claim moneys back for his own accident and not bother at all when some black woman drove into me and drove off?

really annoys me how they don't want to pick on the black person because it'll be racist
