He looks like a gimp.

Or are you saying that you're going to have him in the passenger seat urging you to improve your times?

Na man, that golf's halfway to being scene-ically cool what with the tiny wheels and stupid offset. Just needs decked so low that you need to buy a new sump every time you go over a join in the road.

well its not strictly ghetto. its actually far stronger than the original set up on the clutch. so really its improving it. if it works.

if it does, then with a bit of luck i will drag it to crail where i will watch my mate driving it all day long. ken that.

Amen brother. I'm getting flat spots all over the rev range. I'm thinking it's the shitey seal on my air temp sensor.

What's the deal with that, would that give you crazy flat spots?

I'm getting that at the moment, could that be to blame?

Well put it this way, I went out with a tube of silicon and sealed it up along with changing the spark plugs for Bosch Super 4's yesterday. The old ones were more coked up than Kate Moss at a Columbian tea party, which confirms my thoughts that its overfuelling.

Took it out for a blast afterwards and its like a different car. Much more willing to rev and just running smoother in general. But I don't know if it's down to the spark plugs alone, or the air temp sensor as well.

Worth seeing what yours is like and sealing it up though mate.

well if the air temp sensor isnt sealed correct, it will draw air in so yeah cause flat spots as it has a leak after the mass meter.
