No, they've just given him anaesthetic rather than an induced coma. Pretty good video posted though, certainly looks like a spring rather than tubing.

That sounds about right, when you have a bad head injury and the parts of the brain need to heal, it is best that the brain is in safe mode as it speeds the recovery.

Only just watched the video for Massa's crash, freak accident or what. Got the replay of the qualifying on now cos missed it yesterday. He is just sat there not moving, like he is dead

it was the lollipop mans fault as the wheel guy hadnt signalled that he was done.

The guy watched the refuel finish and then let him go - if you watch the pit stiop gaian the wheel guy doesnt have his hand up to signify he done

Why punish the driver - not his fault

I think the main point of it is this....'and then failed to tell the driver.'

If that is true, given the accident in F2 and then to Massa with parts hitting drivers then Renault have got what they deserve IMO.
