nodoby is 100% genuine when trying to sell an engine converted car though. 10k miles more than he says is a lot more honest than some of the ads that say engine had 6k and was fully rebuilt with new parts when most the time it hasnt been and is moon miles.
a good engine doesnt really matter what miles is on it.

i know but that was 6/7 months ago so its done miles since and if you know the milage of the engine why lie im not one to be put off by miles as i think like you, if its a good runner milage don't matter.

dunno, id probably have said engine done about 100k myself as cant really prove it has done more or less. 100k miles and stating that is actually quite a brave thing to do. id say it seems a lot more legit. we all know these engines some have done loads of miles yet half the ads you see say 50k mile red top engine.

true, my engine is unknown miles but i have a feeling its been round the block abit but it runs mint so im not really fussed, but if i were to sell it i would say unknown milage not bullshit at all
