my staff is thick as shit!!!
he runs into doors when we are playing when he sees a cat he will chase it untill the cat turns around and stands its ground then scamp shits himself and runs off
my kids jump all over him all day long and tease him with food and he just sighs and lies back down as he is a lazy bleeder!!!

The puppy should know it's place in the household, shouldn't be a problem.
I don't think it will attack them but puppy's have needle teeth and like to play hard, need to teach it from a young age and it will be fine.
We have 4 year old staff bitch and 1 year old staff dog, the puppy's can be a bit aggressive in there playful way but they will take note when they get a bad reaction from the other dogs.
I would worry more about the Shih tzu, terrier will be a terrier I guess

Aye its a shame that every chav has one (claiming they are pitbulls) when they are actually really good dogs.
Still, im getting a Bull Mastiff when I move into my new place.
am getting a french mastiff soon
If you're going for a Dogue De Bordeaux make sure you go to a respectable breeder as they can have massive problems with there health. A mate of mine done a load of reseach into them before puchasing and ended up with this brilliant Dog from probably the most respected breeders in Europe.
Bauer at 15 months weighing in just shy of 13 stone!
If you want any info here is the breeder's website.

A mates ex girlfreind has one of these, Remember talking to them on their front and it banging its head into the garage door, opening it and bounding across the garden and jumped up at him. He is a big lad, but it nearly put him on his arse!

ive got two staffs, used to have 3 but sadly the oldest bitch died bout 3 months ago from a tumor she was 14 and hadnt had a problem with her health all her life but one day outer the blue she started acting odd and took her to the vets to find a tumor
have to say i found walking them funny, i took 1 of mine ( the oldest male ) to the shops the other day to find a yorkshire terrior there which immediatly went nuts at my dog, which just stood looking at it like WTF yorkie wouldnt leave my dog alone so he just barked and the yorkie soon shut up.. next thing some old bloke comes out grabbing his grandson telling me my dog should be put down becauses its aggressive
great dogs and very loyal just some twats who have them for the wrong reasons giving them a bad name. shall have to get some piccies up of mine at some point.
mighta been asked already in this thread, but anyone seen the bbc3 program "my weapons a dog"?
