I have a bottle of green Absinthe I would give you if you were local. I hate the stuff, been sitting in my cupboard for about 5 years now. I brought it from a shop in Lanzarote, 60 or 70% I think.

I drink Sebor. It's a bit harsher than some of the paler varieties you get in most bars. It's quite dear in spite of the fact I got mine from evil tescos. It certainly does the job.

There was a very nice variant that I sadly never got the name of, that me and the chaps used to drink en masse at one of our locals. We used to do the fire, water and sugar process ourselves because the bar staff weren't familiar. Quite a crowd pleaser for something so simple. We ought to have been on commission for the ammount of extra green stuff they sold due in main to our antics.
