there is nothing worse than someone with an illness coming into work. Stay home, get over it quickly rather than prolonging it being at work as well as spreading germs to potentially affect the entire staff.
I agree when some people call in sick for the smallest things is wrong, but all this if you can breathe you can work nonsense is silly.
Patient: im very ill, dizzyness and high tempreture? What do i do
dr: going to work is the best way of curing all diseases tbh

Yeah, a patient with meningitus can breathe, so can someone with multiple metastases and advanced lymphoma, a little thought before a word is written goes a long way IMO.
