What model did you have?

As discussed the KU31 is an awesome tyre, but the low end Kumho stuff is SHIT.

Couldn't tell you apart from that they were probably the cheaper ones as they came on one of those wheel & tyre packages. They were pretty scary in the wet

Had the Exstca (sp) on my Corsa for a while were alright in the dry but screeched a lot due to the soft compound and wasnt too hot in the wet.

What sixe are you looking for and are they going on a RWD car?

If I was going for budget(ish) i would look at Verdersteins

The KU31's suit RWD/AWD over FWD, not sure why.. I think they are amazing and always use them on performance cars.. My mate used them on his Civic and he hated them.

I have them on the fronts on my car.

Grand in the dry, but when pulling away quickly in the wet onto roundabouts and things my front wheels light up.

Last time il be buying them tbh.

Bloody dreadful things imo and im not accelerating particularly heavily either.

Perhaps i just have a dud pair or something as generally i hear pretty good reports.

They'l definatly be getting changed next mot any way.

I want to fit 265/30's to mine but have 225/40's on the front so its not really going to work well unless I change them all.

for a budget tyre I've found them pretty good and they're not that bad in the wet on my golf even with harsh accel.
