Just eat healthy, cardio 3 or 4 times a week, ull soon feel 10x better

Theres been enough threads on here asking what to do about weight training and fat loss and im fed up of repeating myself all the time lol.

So just go back in sports day a few pages and find the threads with workout plans etc posted.

But basically you just need comittment to the cause, If you cant be arsed to fully commit get some T3, clen, test and tren in you and in 10 weeks you will be a greek god!

A chicken in his yard will do him no good, it needs to be on his dinnerplate to be of benefit!

Also i dont do protein powders and never recommend them to people, however purely for fat loss - he could just have a shake instead of a meal if thats all hes after.

lol how often do hens lay eggs tho? 1 every couple of days? you need at least 6 a day if you want to be a muscle bound warrior.

well to be honest, with training 3 times a week, eating healthy and protein shakes i have put on noticable muscle. I personally DO recommend protein shakes, if like me you find it hard in the day to get a good intake of protein then they do the job.

Yes because you asked what people thought were the best ones so i gave you a list of the best ones, i didnt say 'fuck me skinny cunt, get some protein powders down your neck before you die of aids' lol. I dont use protein powders really cos they cost a lot of money, but on cycle id be wasting it if i didnt use protein powders.

Well seeing as my contract in spain has ended and i dont have a steady stream of money coming in at present i dont as they are only a suppliment and cost a fair bit of money for what they do for me. But when im on cycle or have the cash to spend id usually have 3 50g hits a day - but thats alongside a protein rich diet anyway.

out of curiosity how much protein do u take in, in a day? and also what do u weigh?

normally 300g, 400g if im on cycle or cutting. But im busy at the moment so i dont have time to train and eat so im just eating about 150-200g to just maintain my size. Weight 85kg

ok thats pretty reasonable, 400g's to me is excessive but then again you're on cycle so i suppose thats understandable, but im not really clued up on that side of things, never touched the stuff personally.

take aways have a take away once a month there just a right waste of money! and most of the time taste shite and have a k&k once in a blue moon i don't like greasy fish much prefer fresh fish oven baked and in breadcrumbs
