Had a day surgery about 3 years ago now, to cut out a benign growth on the back of my head. Just under general anesthetic face down with them cutting into the back of my head, could hear them cutting in , then stapled back together.

Took all of 30 minutes, but was sat there about 5 hours waiting for it though.
