and this one
although as suggested - generally the heavier guys do p90 first... then p90x
the transformation from start to finish is still impressive.

If you commit to anything for 3 month and concentrate on your diet you will see gains, can't be a bad thing. I'd put half a stone on in about 8 weeks before my holiday. Had holiday and now have a cold though so can feel all the work being undone, I want to get back into it and get fit for football, been dropped after going on holiday and we are winning at the minute!

Yeah that's it Carl, it's nothing new - it's not rocket science.
The difference imo, is that this pushes you to stick to something and it also offers variety and lets you know when you should be doing what for maximum gains...
I'm prob gonna start it on monday (although I just burnt my hand), will see you guys in 90 days for the results

had a few u2u's from people wanting it sent to them?
shall we just say £5 in paypal? is that too much?
just to cover cost of postage / dvd etc?
make a list of people who want it
1. mikenocorsa
2. loafofbrett
3. Cosmo (how's the download going?)
4. M4tt_Envoy
5. JM Curdy?
Guy's one thing you will need is a pull up bar, they fit in door ways and dont have to be screwed on or anything...
this is the one I bought...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Iron-Total-Upper-Body-Workout/dp/B002GHBRWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=sports&qid=1254352949&sr=8-1
and this is the one like the px90 recommended one (which is cheaper and better)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001Y7OEQY/ref=s9_sima_gw_s0_p200_i1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=089STCS7Z3XK2KG66R1W&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467198433&pf_rd_i=468294
wish i'd bought the cheaper one..
this is how you use the pull up bars...

You'll also need a few dumbells of different weights or resistance bands.

it's spoken about in the nutritional guide in the pack.
But some people use a bit of whey protein, multi vitamins and a bit of creatine.

Right bought some padded envelopes, labels, 1st class stamps and dvds.
Came to like £22 in total
Probably didn't help I was buying it all from sainsburys and not in bulk.
Padded envelopes were 99p each, 10 dvds were £7.99 (rip off!). stamps were about £6 for 20 ...
Do I need 1 stamp or 2 stamps to send a padded envelope with dvd inside?
- Gonna have to give me dvd writer a p90x style burn tonight. Will get them all posted tommorrow (providing you've all sent me your address).

He'd have you sipping shakes and popping creatine whilst doing press ups.
Probably

I think it took me under an hour but I couldn't be bothered doing the maths so played it safe
I was getting it at 500k+ anyway, while downloading desperate housewives.
I'll be buff and feminine, surely irresistible.
