Royal mail are having trouble due to the fact they have to take on X amount of post from other companies and do it for less money.
So say a company gets paid £10 to post something, they pass it onto royal mail to post paying them £4.
Its totally fucked up, then theres paycuts, hour cuts, pension cuts which has lead to strikes.

I had a full time job when I was at college studying 4 A-levels, was damn sight easier than juggling 3 jobs I'm sure!

I dont understand how you can have a full time job and study 4 A Levels.
A full time job would be say 9am - 5pm.
But I have college lessons during the day.
Did your teachers not mind if you didn't turn up?
They will chuck me of my courses If I have bad attendance.

why would you go into a job knowing you'll only be there for a couple months at the most?
You might be able to stay on

chances of that?
Very strong. I was a temp at Tesco and supposed to be there between the start of November 2007 and Febuary 2008 but they kept me and a few others on Depends whats happening with other staff in the company as a few full-timers left while I was there.

True, Tesco done this for me too, kept me on after chrimbo and I've been driving for them now for a year and a half, and so did DHL but jibbed me 2 months afterwards for being late all the time.
