Theres no way that can only be 240 a month, little houses here rent for 350+ and it's a proper non posh area

That is exactly what I was thinking. I'm looking to rent around here and it's like £350+ for a one bed flat in Methil I must be looking in the wrong place, because seeing somewhere like that for £440 a month is depressing.

I could only dream of even renting a place like that down south here. I'd say your looking at £2k per month for something like that here, if not more. A 3 bedroom semi renting will be £700-£1500 depending on area.
As Cosmo says, be weary, your quite young and theres some nasty folk out there ready to pounce. AS i've learned in life, if something SOUNDS to good to be true, it usually is.
If not, and it IS legit, well done, thats a lovely property. When can we meet and me move in?

Thank you daimo. I may be young but the lass in moving in with is mid 30's and has done this several times. She has had everything checked and signed for. Don't know how well she knows landlord, what kind if deal she's got etc, but I'm not paying a lot to rent a perfect house, which suits me! Oh and I think we met years ago....

Will get interior pics up shortly, will have to be when I go visit parents as just using net on iPhone ATM! It's sooo nice and peaceful here, but a little annoying having to open and close 2 sets of gates when coming or going anywhere!

Well been in 3 weeks now, all settled and love it! Although the gates get very annoying! Taken couple of interior pics:

Guard dog:
Can keep an eye on cars/stables from front room :
Big, stand alone bath thing:
But probably best thing, now got all 6 of my horses in my garden
