batt dus oil wont cus u need to get a new sensor off the gte

pic of dash in the dark, it luks alot brighter than it is on the pic, almost too bright as it aint got the tinted screen on it,

They really do look well, are they hard to fit or would I better off going to someone with a bit of experience to do it properly?

its not hard if ur good with a jigsaw and do a neat job on cuttin out the face, wirings not hard gettin it to fit properly is harder. if ur not happy with cuttin ur digi dash up then u cud ask someone else

With a bit of practice, it can be modded like this....



Or if your really clever, you can do this....



Ok, it may not be very pretty but it slots straight into a Corsa.

It will look like this though when its back together..



I had some interest in it but no one bought it. I might fit the face plate on and stick it in the car yet as the other idea was gonna cost too much money.

cobra148,the one fitted to a corsa,is that a cut n shut job with the lower half of the corsa face with the upper digi plate modded to fit?
That is a pukka job,thats what i was thinking,cut n shut.
The wirings no prob either as im an electrical maintenance engineer.

Yes, top half is a digital dash, bottom is a Calibra.

No offence to the other guys attempt,but yours looks factory.
What glue did you use?or was it plastic welded?
Then you used plastic primer and paint,yes?

The assembled dash above isn't mine. IIRC, it is a digidash top half, calibra bottom half. The perspex front is from either an Astra or Vectra and I'm pretty sure the back of the dash was a much "hacked" Astra.
Your right about the two halves being bonded together and painted black.
