you think a tuna sandwich is hell for dinner? at least you get bread!

My 11 am feed is 2 tins of tuna, 100g of peanuts, a fish oil cap and some water.

2pm is 2 chicken breasts and mixed veg....

Tuna sandwich isnt enough protein btw, get yourself some whey or casein blend shakes to sip throughout the day. i have 3 casein shakes a day and another 2 whey shakes on workout days.

And drinking redbull throughout a workout is a good way to pack on extra size, althoug redbull isnt great, palatinose is better to sip through a workout.

i once heard a comedian say that "when you're old and on your deathbed, you're going to look fucking stupid when you die of nothing"

Thats his opinion. I think you would look even more stupid if you cant keep up with your kids on sports day and get diagnosed with type 2 diabetes when you are 40. Or maybe look a bit daft when you have a heart attack at 35 from eating too much shit.

Theres a fine line between enjoying life and abusing your body. End of the day you only get one body, once its fucked there is no scrappage scheme to help you out.

I go out for a drink once a month, might have a takeaway or something like curry or chilli concarne once a week and wont say no to the odd sweet. But i wont eat coco pops and orange juice at breakfast, i wont bring cheese sandwiches, 2 bags of crisps and half a kilo of chocolate to work for dinner, i wont eat donuts for a snack and i wont go to maccies for tea or cook sausage and chips every night.

eveverything in moderation.

I try to eat healthy, but just cant get my head around eating stuff that tastes like shit or you need to buy in a jar out of holland & barrat.

tbh 1/2 my life I have no say in what I eat, so it could never be for me.

Just seems too much hard work!!

you only think it tastes like shit because you are used to sweet sugar boosted foods and saturated fats. 100 years ago it was either eat healthy foods or die, and i bet no one complained that the food was tasteless back then!

Its the problem with people today, they are so used to eating because they like the taste of the food in their mouth rather than giving their body what it really needs. You wouldnt put crap fuel in your car because you liked the smell/taste of it so why would you do it to your body?

the concept is a little difficult to adopt at first if you are used to eating out etc but if you cook your own meals or your other half cooks for you - simply throw out all the unhealthy shit and stock up on meats, veg and fruit. then when you are hungry you eat the healthy food and not the garbage and slowly but surely you end up choosing to eat good stuff instead of shit as your tastes change.

I had my last meal at 8pm, my mate was off to the chippy and offered to buy me something, there was a pizza in the freezer and a pack of mars bars in the cupboards... i stuck some chicken fillets in the george foreman and washed them down with some peanut butter instead because its what i preffered!

I eat out of a works canteen for 2 weeks straight so have to contend with whatever stodge they supply tbh then tend to eat whatever I want when I want when im home

I do eat plenty fruit and veg though and try to keep away from anything fried.

My guilty pleasure is fizzy juice, I drink way too much of it....need to give it up a bit.

I tend to think I eat fairly healthy. Its just the 7 meals a day, fish & rice followed by smashing 10 boiled eggs into my face & then sprint to the gym

I have some respect for those that do though....it must take a lot of dedication!!!

I remember CraigW off here.....he was hardcore on the diet & gym. Meant to be a beast in real life as well!!

I still talk to Craig W, he is a machine.

I have been used to eating properly for so long that I cant eat sh1t anymore. As strange as it sounds those kind of foods actually taste horrible. If i eat fish and chips I actually feel ill for a couple of hours afterwards. Same with anything processed like chicken nuggets, or any other manner of crap that a lot of people just stick in the oven.
