Id never take metal off the hubs, have to be perfect else they will wobble

I meant metal off the wheels to turn them from 35 to 45 (10mm)

But i've heard horror stories.

I know but if its not done evenly then it knocks the balance out
doubt you can even take 10mm off them.

I heard they stopped selling them either earlier this year or last year?

Though i'm just floating around on the internet, and not a VW garage, so don't take my word for it, i just remember someone with a vw trying to get hold of some, and they were knocked back from the dealership.

Deffo not if thats the timescale your going by as i had my MK3 Golf Anni a few months back and when i was on the forums,a few guys had got G60 steelies from the dealers.

Fair enough, but, there is a possibility that they had some in back stock?

But, only way to know would be to ring them.

Yeah dont quote me on that but ive never heard of them stopping supplying them.

And as you say,best way is to ring them.

Although i did hear they were £40 a wheel.

Infact my calculations are fuked up,they are only £30 a wheel like some1 said earlier in the thread.

They are ET35 and i have 195/45's on them down 50/60 without any issues.....
