Soooo impressed with your work mate, am I right in saying that your self taught???
Its a shame you dont have finished pics of the R5, always like them and there such a rare sight on the roads now. The clio 16v wheels suit it perfectly with the inserts in grey.
How much would you charge for a set of alloys to paint???
I am just asking as i've been quoted between £250-£350 for a set of 5 including taking out the slight kerbing marks that the wife has kindly added.

Iaz. got a MG ZS that has been paint strippered. Needs pretty much full respray. Is this something you could do over the winter? Car is in storage now, so not fussed about times etc. I can even prep it, and deliver if you are interested?

do quite a few wheels, for set of 4 a charge between 80-100 generally! wheels use such a small amount of paint and dont take to much time to do, so wheels can be boring fiddly to do! did a set of oz imprezze ones, had like 15-20 spokes, hated doing them! lol
250-300 is mad price, profssional wheel plces i thought only charge like 150 for set! i dont know for sure

tried few different laquers from nu agane and seem to settle with the 497 kit at the moment, reasonable priced and gets nice finish i find, but i dont really know a great deal, lol
get most of my stuff from nu agane, postage is a killer but mainly use them cos thay are nice bunch of people, steph and adren are always nice and friendly! use local paint place for colour matches, they are good at matching colours but part from that not very friendly!

filler or no filler, its still gonna make a mess when it hits summit, lol! there is not really that much filler on there just had to build it up in places to get things flat and not wavy! its not perfect but he was well happy with it cos he only asked for a rough job to tidy it up!
only used just over 1.5litres of kawazki green on the whole car so have 1.5 litres left for future repairs!
