I have a problem as follows:
I've just put itunes on the work comp as i have thousands of songs on here and want to put them on to my ipod.
However: Work has a system called sanctuary which is rpeventing it from being picked up by itunes but it will let it charge.
Would i be able to stop the programme by using end task (you can't open it from the task bar and if you right click you can't click exit.) to stop the .exe file if so how do i find out which one to end?

Do you know the process name ?
Go Start/Run/ services.msc and stop the service for santuary
or
Start/Run/ Msconfig, uncheck the app and process from startup and reboot the computer

looking in msconfig there is a startup process called 'RTNotify' looks like the only one which relates to sanctuary. Sounds like i might get in trouble if i stop it loading though

It's the christmas period, of course you aren't going to be seen quickly Especially if the pain has subsided!

More than likely
Best thing to do would be to stop it in services.msc
