Got Jades mum & my dad on the policy, both old & no points or claims.

Put my job title as a maintenance technician.

Who suggested Swiftcover?

Shite - They wont allow me to add anyone to my policy thats not a partner or spouse!

Edit - Now when I go back it says : Sorry. Your main driver is too young for us to cover. Im 27 ffs

Edit - then when I fiddled my age to proceed for a laugh it says I need a tracker fitted!!

The price.......£803.96 for just me, no additional drivers, aged 29 & with a tracker fitted

surely covered on their own policy?

should just sell up and buy a car you can afford to run id say if 700 quid is too expensive for insurance.

900 excess, what a joke!

Mines shit, its with brentacre, cheapest about even on a standard car.25 6 years no claims driving a 306 family car about and i'm still paying 300 odd quid, think that is shite to be honest (yeah I know people pay a lot more, I did when I was younger, just think for no claims and age its piss poor).

Yeah, TPFT on a 19k car is good logic

If I could afford 7000 quid for insurance. I wouldnt want to pay it!! I paid 1/2 as much less & much less excess last year so im looking out for a good deal.

I found with some companies, it was cheaper to have the car parked on the street for some unknown reason. Was £100 more if garaged.
