Ive tried 3 so far...

NO Explode - excellent, although had Lemonade flavour and wasnt the best.
Ragnarok - good tasting (well, better than above) but was no where near as good as above.
NO Explode NT - great tasting (all 3 flavours I tried) and gave just as good a result as the normal NO Explode imo.

I also tried another that got a free sample of, cant remember its name but was rank. Worst think I have ever tasted.

Now got some Jack3d, heard really good things about it so will report back after I try it for the first time tomorrow.

Be interested to no tried a few my self hurd good things about no explode might have to try some but am itching to try some of this black powder stuff ment to be really good bright green though looks kind of toxic

Out of intrest what's your average daily carlorie and protein intake to your weight? Just re doing some meals and curious what others are doing

Im going on to a new diet tomorrow so will post up, probably later tonight, the full figures as just planning them out now.

yes, and bear that in mind. They are only supplements to a routine, not miracles in a tub.

That's what i was getting at im not a fan of using loads of supplements no a few people who spend £100+ a month i dont see the point

A solid protein source from whole foods will always give better gains than protein powders. Far more beneficial in more ways than one.
Too many people are lazy with food and rely on supplements, and this is why you wont grow.

Theres a saying 'you dont get solid on liquids' and its very true.

Suppliments have their uses but really the only times they are any good are in the mornings and around your workout.

Thats true Dizzy, and although i agree, ive cut protein shakes out of my diet completely.
Only powder supplement i take now is glutamine.

Depends on budget i guess. If you have unlimited funds then its possible to have the powder you need when you need it for that extra gain it gives you, as well as a kilo of chicken a day pluss tuna, nuts, nut butter etc.

The steroids are cheap compared to the food. Works out £14 a week to be on gear - then add the cost of the food you need to take advantage of it and your on the best part of £75 a week lol.

Size is a question of money, how big can you afford to grow lol.

Cheers peeps

Bought some Optimum Health protein whey. researched it and reviews seemed to be decent enough. along with some creatine powder to use alongside it.

Now hopefully with the work put in & right diet; it will pay off

Sorry to hijack LukeD but what would you guys recommend out of amino acid's or glutamine as another supplement to take want one or the other shant be tacking both any one shed abit more light on advantages on each and what one is better overall?

Best amino acid to use is L-leucine. The reason being is any other amino acid cannot be used unless you have sufficient leucine to support it. L-leucine should be consumed in a 3:1 ratio over other amino acids.

So be best taking bcaa's then as they contain this? What the use of glutamine from what iv read they both aid protein sympthesis and muscle wastage from muscle break down? Or am i interpreting it wrong

No, you're best taking L-leucine on its own. BCCA's only show some benefit if your taking like 20g+ of them around your workout.

To make the most of what you eat, you need two parts L-Leucine and two parts L-Valine for every one part of L-Isoleucine. You'll fail to get optimal results if you fall short of meeting this exact ratio.

You get BCCA's in food, to suppliment with it you would need 20-25g of the stuff around your workout which is like a quarter of a tub.

leucine on its own is beneficial, if you take it with food it increases its anabolic effects.
