wow, i actually guessed you would say that. what exactly isnt slammed? maybe 1 inch from spplitter from the ground. c20xe/let engine in. 3" exhaust which is a very large bore on a corsa. and there are no clearance issues like you claim. of which its a claim about an engine type in a corsa you have never owned. all im saying is, your preaching false info.

but slammed is not when the huge front splitter is an inch from the ground, its when the sump is an inch from the ground..

do you even know how low a 20xe/let sits iin the engine bay in regards to the front panel? do you know the depth of the splitter from the bottom of the front panel? at a guess you havent got a clue. you are trying to preach false info on a car and engine you havent remotely got a clue about. please dont.

My old c20let sat this high -

Forgot what the bore size was now think it was 2.5 and the bottom of the downpipe used to hit the ground and scrape! Bearing in mind I didnt set the coilovers up to be that low, I raised them once I got the car home.

Who cars about having a slammed corsa anyway when you have an engine like that in and if you do it properly like some people and pay close to £1000 for an exhaust your not going to want to drag it along the floor are you.

exactly. Slammed and clueless people going on and on about it is becoming a bit boring. Surely its not cool to make your car awful and un driveable. I would rather have my so called balloon track tyres and grip in a car that still retains some comfort to suspension and is in daily use. Im getting very bored of this mk4 boy and his daft lowering comments when he really doesnt know what he is on about.

nic piss off please, who said its cool to 'slam' your car to be un driveable? because i know i didnt..

the guy wanted pictures of 'slammed' corsas and you posted a pic of yours lowered a bit same with others -60mm..

xe/lets shouldnt be lower then 60mm imo, but 1.0/1.2/1.4s etc can go a lot lower (if the owners pleases to) and still be driveable and perfect for everyday use..

if you dont like these threads then dont open them and post, its very simple..

Slammed is pointless.
Did it with my Golf mk4 GT TDi - dropped -80/90mm on FKs, all I did was wreck the sills on speedbumps and smash the sump on back roads.
Learned my lesson there

Now got an Octavia VRs lowered -30mm, handles spot on and no clearance issues.
