Really?
Strange one that tbh, as I couldnt think of anything worse than a club moving from the city they are meant to be based in.

Whilst I agree, its also about history, tradition, etc.
Next you'll be saying it was a good idea for Wimbledon to move to MK.

ye fair enough, history and tradition does come into it but to move forward we need a new stadium and if the coincil won't play ball and can't find us anywhere in the city then we'll have to move outside
and personally i think wimbledon moving to mk was their only decent option

Against ground sharing but happy for a club to move miles and miles away from its loyal fan base.

I was more on about Wimbledon and MK.
The Everton one is a bit more than 5 miles I think, its about a 15min drive, but isnt too bad - still not in Liverpool any more though.

Would the new ground have Liverpool on its address if it were to be in Kirkby? I know how much you like this one

Ive heard that it may still go ahead, PM himself is apparently taking a look in to it all.
If not you'll end up in Knowsley or by switch island.

I have no problem with where any fans come from, as long as they are real fans and have a genuine connection with the club, rather than just being glory supporters.

nah thats rubbish. I know loads of southern/irish/foreign fans of a few clubs and Id say they are as attached to the club and as 'big' a fan as I am of Liverpool.

when they support liverpool and united? when they going to upsticks and move? they won't
anyway back on toopic, beckford-will be a bench warmer and i don't think he'll do very weel in prem, i'd rather keep james vaughan but it looks liek we'll be getting rid when beckford comes
