its horible when you have to do this, had to have my dalmation put down when i was 13 (he was 13 aswell) the cartolage went in his spine and he had the same problem as your dog.

its the right thing to do as the dog is going to suffer otherwise and its not fair to let them carry on like that, just remember the good times.

Hurts doesn't it had my dog put down about 6 months ago, had her since I was 8 (23 now)

had this before chirstmas with our 15 year old cat


Had loads of memories attached to it, growing up etc


Worst bit was that the injection they gave first went wrong so it had to be done twice

yep am dreading the day it will have to happen. got a boxer then life span approx 10, hes 9 now but he live forever hes ace. upet me wen had his op two days before xmas. incae lost him cos of anaesthitic but thankfully pulled through x
